Description

This video will give you a guide to learning the eight point roll. This move is the advanced version of the four point roll (please see the four point roll tutorial).

Instead of stopping in four places in the roll, this time you stop at eight, but once again only for a very short time.

Starting with the left aileron you need to stop at 45º, 90º, 135º, 180º, 225º, 270º, 315º and 360º.
