This video will give you a guide to learning the Lomcevak.

From horizontal flight, pull up and climb at about 20º and use the left aileron to go into a knife-edge with the right rudder. Then suddenly bring the power down to nothing, and put on full right aileron and down elevator, and full right rudder.

The plane will flip over itself then just pull out like a normal spin.
