This video will give you a guide to learning the Rolling Loop. This is a basic Inside Loop but while rolling.

Start the loop by pulling up iinto a normal loop, only at the first quarter of the loop you need to roll the plane sideways and use the rudder to continue the plane in a loop shape.

Half way round the loop you need to roll the plane the same way to an up right position and use the down elevator to take it to the third quarter where you roll the plane still the same way to its other side and use the rudder again to finish the loop.
