This video will give you a guide to learning the Rolling Loop.

This is a bais Inside Loop but while roling. Start the loop with left aileron and right rudder to knife-edge with full rudder so the plane points upwards, then roll flat then knife-edge the second corner of the loop so that at the top of the loop you are inverted, then repeat this for the second half of the loop.
