This video will give you a guide to learning the inside loop.

Once in the air, from horizontal flight into wind put full power on and pull up gently on the elevator and keep the plane going in a circular shape, then when the plane gets to the top of the loop bring the power right down and keep on the elevator to finish off the inside loop.

This move should always be done into wind and the power should always be brought down to avoid pulling to much G force on the plane.
