This video will give you a guide to learning the outside loop.

This is the opposite of an inside loop, once in the air, from horizontal flight down wind take the power right down and put on a gentle down elevator and the plane will go nose down into the loop, in the middle of the loop (horizontal and upside down) put the power back on to bring the plane back around to finish the loop.
