This video will give you a guide to learning the aileron roll.

Once in the air, from horizontal flight use either the left or right aileron to roll the plane on its axis untill it gets back to upright flight. While doing this, you must use the correct rudder and elevator at the right time to keep the plane level. If you roll with the left aileron, when it gets to it's first knife edge position (on it's side) use quite a lot of right rudder, then when the plane reaches upside down, use a little bit of down elevator, when it gets onto its other side, use left rudder, and when back upright level off with a little up elevator.
