This video will give you a guide to learning the Knife-edge.

This is where you fly sideways through the air using the rudder.

If you roll to sideways with the left aileron, use the right rudder while in knife-edge flight and if you roll to sideways with the right aileron, use the left rudder while in knife-edge flight.
