This video will give you a guide to learning the Rolling Harrier.

This is simply slow barrel rolls with a nose up attitude. To enter this move i would advise starting from a harrier, so from a Harrier start doing barrel rolls, except use alot more elevator and rudder to keep the plane in a nose up attitude.
