This video will give you a guide to learning the Regular Spin.

This is the first stage to a Regualr Flatspin. To do this, either start in a stall from horizontal flight or from a vertical dive. Take the power down/off, then use full either left or right rudder, with the same direction aileron and up elevator.

To exit take the rudder off or put some opposite rudder on then take the aileron off, power up and fly off.
